*Cunningham is currently serving a sentence of 8 years, 4 months in federal prison for accepting bribes from Wilkes and others in exchange for help procuring defense contracts.
**DeLay recently announced his impending resignation from Congress after his former aide Tony Rudy pleaded guilty to corruption charges. DeLay remains under indictment for campaign violations in Texas, including directing illegal corporate contributions to state races. He will officially resign his office in June.
